工作职责：
1、调研和整理系统需求，负责硬件系统架构设计和详细设计，关键器件选型；
2、负责硬件原理图设计、指导结构、PCBLayout设计；
3、制订测试方案，完成硬件测试、硬件调试以及前期的维护指导工作；
4、负责产品量产的技术跟进以及产品售后硬件技术性问题的解决；
5、负责产品可靠性实验及认证。
任职资格：
1、电子信息、自动化、仪器仪表类专业本科及以上学历；
2、有扎实的模拟/数字电路基础，具有5年以上硬件电路设计经验；
3、掌握至少一种EDA工具，会使用常用测试仪器进行硬件调试、测试；
4、工作主动认真，勤奋好学，乐于钻研问题，对工作精益求精；
5、工作踏实、作风严谨，能承受工作压力；
6、有电子产品EMC测试、电磁兼容方面的经验优先。

Position: Senior Hardware Engineer

Job responsibilities：
1. Research and sort out system requirements, responsible for hardware system architecture design and key device selection;
2. Responsible for hardware schematic design, guidance structure, PCB Layout design;
3. Formulate test plans, complete hardware testing, hardware debugging and early maintenance guidance;
4. Responsible for the technical follow-up of mass-produced product and the solution of technical problems of after-sales hardware of products;
5. Responsible for product reliability test and certification.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic information, automation, instrumentation;
2. Have a solid analog/digital circuit foundation, with more than 5 years of hardware circuit design experience;
3. Master at least one EDA tool, and use common test instruments for hardware debugging and testing;
4. Work actively and seriously, diligent and studious, willing to dig in problems, and strive for excellence in work;
5. Down to earth, rigorous style, able to work under pressure；
6. Experience in EMC testing and electromagnetic compatibility of electronic products is preferred.
